Although the hitch said four simple bolts and it's on, I had to drill a hole in my frame rail big enough for the installation bolts to be installed. The hitch was bought for a specific model car and was told it was a bolt no drill installation. The hitch is great they need to change the installation to let us know that there is some drilling involved.

This worked great for my 2016 Scion IA. Great design. Requires some basic tooling, ie die grinder to slightly enlargen holes in the frame, was able to knock installation out in about an hour

Installation was easy, provided instructions and bolt pullers were great. Second Curt hitch, and I'll be back to them when I need one for yet another car.
