I'm very happy to have one and I didn't put install on my car and I send my car to shop have guy installed hitch on my Toyota Avalon limited edition. It fit it look good! Glad got $54 dollar good price and grab it !! Thumb up !! Save me lots of money ... Then I put motorcycle rack and I put my ebike on motorcycle rack . That what I need that. Also you can used light trailer for tow.

I've installed dozens of hitches and this one fit excellent. Everything bolted together perfectly. And I saved over two hundred dollars doing it myself.

Sent the wrong pieces for my vehicle. Curt is making it right by sending the correct parts, but now I have to put my vehicle back together and wait 5 days, then do the install all over again. 4 hours wasted.

This hitch is as strong as possible on my Toyota. I wish the mounting bolts were a little larger but they are the size of the Toyota mounting holes (shame on Toyota). This weakness is well made up for by Curt provided a mounting bracket for both sides of each frame which bolt together at the bottom (Thank you Curt).I had put off getting this hitch because I assumed it would hang down and detract from the appearance of the vehicle. I was wrong. This hitch tucks up tight under the bumper and will not be noticed.I paid a little extra for the exact fit and I am very pleased with the final outcome.PS: The mufflers make this hitch more difficult to install than on say the average truck but it is well worth the effort.

I have a 2011 Toyota Avalon. The directions were very bad. Thank God for U Tube!. The whole hitch was about 1/2" twisted. Because of this, the bolts was to short. Very bad quality control. Will not buy it again.

When the trailer hitch arrived from UPS, I noticed that there was a hole in the cardboard box and one of the 1/4 inch steel plates that bolts to the frame on the car was bent. Apparently, the box had been dropped in transit from an unknown height and the steel plate was bent about two inches from its original position. This created quite a problem for me because this was purchased by me for use on my own car, and I do not have any tools to work with 1/4 inch steel plate. I wrestled with the installation for quite some time, trying to get the bent parts to line up with the car frame. I finally bought some longer bolts that I screwed into the car frame in order to get the hitch bent back to its original position. Rather than the installation taking 60 minutes, as stated in the instructions, I estimate that it took closer to six or seven hours. Very frustrating!

I was totally impressed with this hitch. It is very robust for the weight class and everything went together great. Shipped according to the plan and couldn't be more pleased.

This is a high quality product and is completely hidden in my case. Installed perfectly on a 07 Toyota Avalon Limited to haul a couple of bicycles with a platform rack. Watched an installation video which made the procedure a piece of cake with air tools. I suggest you soak the muffler nuts with PB Blaster prior to wrenching them; I broke the lower of the two muffler bolts due to rust/corrosion on this nine year old car.
