Easy install until you put the bolts through the aluminum bumper bar. I felt using washers was too weak. I made a 1.5" x 1/4" plate and drilled and welded bolts to it. No hardware was included and I had to trim my muffler brackets so the hitch was flat to the frame.

The trailer hitch is well made but it drags when we go over bumps.

Worked great.I did have to make the fishing tool a bit longer for the rear bolts but other than that it worked out well

The hitch fit very nicely on my Park Avenue. The receiver is nicely concealed below the bumper. It was received in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

Fits my mom's 01 Buick Park Avenue Ultra like a glove. Install time was about an hour (I was being cautious and careful) but nothing spectacular. You can put it on in the driveway or garage, though a lift and a second pair of hands would probably make it faster. So would an air hammer (probably). All the parts needed were in one box, easy to stage and install - even for people like me who are not auto mechanics by trade or inclination. One thing to be aware of: if you have the Supercharger package (mom does), then you will need TWO (2) spacers for the exhaust hanger, and the kit only comes with one. I scrounged up two thick washers and a spacer and was in business.Fit and clearance are good (if properly mounted per instructions) and though getting the pin out for the tow arm is a bit tight (what did you expect?) it is entirely functional and hides well if the arm isn't in.

there is a peice of wire that you use to pull the bolts thru the hitch and into the holes.and it took him a lil while to figure it out and he is retired gm shop foreman! from chevy dealer.he said it was hard to prop hitch up under car while car is in the air on the lift so if you were on the ground with car jacked up you would have a real hard time.best leave the install to u-haul or someone does it all the time.but it is a nice hitch made just to fit my buick park ave. It came with the draw bar with 3-4 inch rise.and pin and all bolts nuts and washers and lockwashers hitch and draw bar painted really well.made out of thick steel not no thin stuff! should well out last the car. I just pulled a 5x8 u-haul trl the other day!it does not come with the trl ball you will have to buy one 1 7/8 or 2 inch.
