Ok so this thing is heavy as expected well built No questions asked it will handle your loads . Ok so the bad yes the box came damaged but what do expect this thing is heavy it broke the box yes the bolt bag ripped and lost a nut or 2 but no biggy they sent the new ones and got them in a timely manor and yes the parts were saran wrapped so it did cause some minor scuffing No big deal it looks good and it works and it’s going to get scuffed up little spray paint goes along ways

Missing the bolts to install it

The hitch was very heavy built and easy to install. The problem was the finish was jacked. It was chiped up and had a huge scuff all the way to the metal. (8 inches long) There was also missing hardware. It went on a farm truck so I was mad about paying full price with all the chips and scuffs but it won't effect the preformance. It could have been done during shipping but the package looked good so...

Built well, and easy to assemble. Cant ask for an easer insulation. Curt really thought this one through. I wont purchase a another hitch from any one else.

The trailer hitch is awesome, but they don't supply enough bolt to install. The paint came in all scoffed up and their was even signs of some rust. Great hitch, just don't expect an easy install.

Trailer hitch is great. I am disappointed in how it arrived. It was packaged very poorly. The parts had been rubbing together and the finish was worn off in multiple places.
