1. I have had quite a few electric bikes --- this one is the best.3. Assembly took some time but came together as outlined in the book4. The battery needed to be charged overnight. Then it provided lots of power.5. I love all the features on this bike from cruise control to walk mode to a flashing rear brake light when lights are on.6. Customer service was great - I had NO problems.....but I ask a LOT of questions. They were patient and responsive.Buy this bike, it is a great bike.

Got the basket a week later after getting the CycFree Ebike. It is lihght weight with 3 INCH tires. It had too many zip ties which look just like the wires. Dont cut the wiring thinking it is another zip tie! The basket came with screws which were about ans inch too short to make attaching it simple. Putting thhe heavy basket on requires 2 people because of this poor design.There is no rear suspension other than inside the seat. Needs more weight in front .Over all ,for the price of $600 i would just save it and get a better model. It is fast off the start and gets up to max of 20MPH.

It has been a great experience with the Cycrown cycfree ebike thus far. It does what I need it to do & it's been a lot of fun! I've had it almost a month, ride it at least 4 days a week-about 10 miles a day. I use passenger assist level 3 mostly, sometimes 5, use throttle maybe 10% of ride. I do hills & mostly ride paved streets & concrete trails but it does well in gravel too.Battery:I have to charge battery after day 4 riding. I ride it down to 5%. The battery is done at 5% for me anyway & it's pedaling only at that point. It takes about 8-9 hours to get full charge & see light turn green. That's ok with me. I just wouldn't charge it overnight.Customer Service:I didn't receive my basket but emailed customer service & Rachel was great at resolving the issue & ensuring I was a satisfied customer! I love their customer service (& my basket too)!Overall experience:I did purchase a wider seat, as the original did not suit me. The seat is the only thing I wish they would alter. This was my 1st ebike & I researched & chose it b/c of the tall scooter handle bar, front basket & rear rack, & its great value price. I'm tall (5'11") & can sit straight up w/o slanting. I love riding this bike & get up super early to beat everybody on the trail!I would recommend this bike! It's not too heavy for me to bring up & down steps each ride. I load & lift from back rack & find that easier. I would like to purchase the Cycrown CycHunter model (with long moped seat) next.

Great bike! wish i got one sooner as it is so fun and practical. Battery life is amazing. I am 5 foot 4 and the lowest settings are just my level- a tad heavy but I learned to use the walk feature to help me out. Take off does take some getting used to as it is powerful but nothing scary or alarming just be ready.

This bike is amazing! I gave it to my cousin and whether he’s using it for uber, running errands, or exploring new places, it’s comfortable, durable, and smooth on any surface. stylish and long lasting, it’s ideal for both daily commutes and spontaneous adventures. A must have for anyone ready to live fully and embrace the ride!

I highly recommend this bike. Uphill not a problem.Battery is good long lasting, up to you how you use it. Big tires can carry another person at back or groceries. Really big help especially to commuters like me no more waiting for bus.

Great versatile bike. This is my second one. God blessed me to survive being hit by a car with the first one I had. Perfect for if you need to transport upstairs because of it’s lightness. Can be used for various needs with all available accessories. Greatest of all is customer service, and super fast shipping, I’m in the dmv area. Most def recommend.

These Bikes are well built, Assembly was ok, be careful when removing the shipping bags and material from the parts, I cut the wire in half on the back light as the wire is inside the packaging material and simply didn't see the wire, I'm sure I'm not the first one. We rode about 2 hours and had 59% battery left, and we used the motor only for quite a while I was impressed how long the battery life was. My son told me to make sure I get a bike with a brushless motor and these have that!! We went up an over pass on a highway and it went up like nothing, We passed people struggling on pedal bikes :) Not many hills in florida so that is my only attempt at hill climbing but it performed well. We love the bikes and will be buying some for in Minnesota, yes more hills there. The digital readout is very easy to use and worked great, We had bought 2 of these and both bikes were great!! Highly recommend

It's actually a commuter style E-bike.Bought this one for the wife, she's 5.0 ft tall so 20" fat tires is a good fit but I can ride it too. I'm 6 ft/250 lbs and no problems with acceleration/handling, steering, stopping. Fat tire give a smooth ride and it goes great on grass, trails of gravel and of course roads or paved paths.Good battery life 50 miles no problem on single charge, but the battery will vampire if you leave it in the bike for long periods. Recharge under 6 hours is good.Fold down is great for vacation/road trips. Pull battery out to lighten it for lifting into truck or van.Added pannier/saddle bags for stuff/snacks and drinks.I ride Himiway 26" AT Fat tire E-bike and have to put in trailer hitch rack to transport, but it's a much larger bike, it's a great ride too.I would recommend Cycrown Max for the price, good deal.

This bike came with a vibration in the front disk brake. Found one of the brake munts screws was not able to tighten it. Had to pull the mount and run a tap 6mmx.8 through it so a screw would seat and stop the vibration. The on/off key will not come out in the run position, the manual said it should, E-mailed about it No Response. The motor was very loud at first and after some more miles it quitted down some but still makes noise. Also E-mailed Cycrown again No Reply. When using the throttle go easy because it has allot of power and jumps right out there.My GF really like it and the ease of getting off and on for her is a real plus.

Nice fatbike with lots of power with a 750W along eith a long lasting batery 20ah !The only thing I can complain a little is the actual weight 80 lbs whick is kind of heavy to manipulate !

Dans un premier envoi j’ai reçu le panier avant ,le cadenas et le casque de vélo mais il manquait les sacoches pour le support arrière.j’ai ensuite reçu le vélo qui a été facile a assembler.c’est une vrai merveille a utiliserJe suis satisfait de mon achat.j’aurais donné 5 étoiles si les sacoches avaient été livrés. J’ai communiqué avec un représentant du vendeur,il m’a dit que ça prendrait entre 5 et 7 jours pour recevoir les sacoches. Après 7 jours je l’ai reçu et je suis très heureux, très belle qualité de tissu avec des logos et une enveloppe pour la pluie.
