I bought this lock many months ago and it has never given me any troubles. I like that you can set up your own pin and it's easy to set up. My son always lost his keys, so having this is very convenient. It also helps when i ask a neighbor or family member to check in on my cat and dog. I've had emergencies at home where i had to ask a neighbor to go in my house and she saved the day! I recommended this product to my family.

Ditching the keys for this keyless entry lock was a great decision! It's so handy to unlock the door with a code, especially when my arms are full. Plus, I can program codes for family and even a temporary one for the dog walker. The auto-lock feature is a lifesaver, and the whole thing seems really secure - weatherproof and all. Installation wasn't too tricky, and the brushed nickel finish looks sharp on my front door. For the price, this lock is a winner - convenience, security, and value all in one!

This is really a good looking lock! It matches the rest of my satin nickel door accessories. Plus, it's digital! But no pesky app. No storing your info in the cloud. No bluetooth, etc. Codes are simply stored in the lock itself. Yay!I had a digital lock on my office 20 years ago before they became popular. I loved the flexibility that I could give my employees their own codes. Add a temporary code for a plumber or electrician or other tradesman that we needed, and have my own set of codes so I never got locked out. I have been wanting one for my home ever since, but just haven't done it. Well, I did it! And it's such a relief!!!Now we can walk the dogs and lock the door. No key. Go to the neighbors. No key! And if something happens and we need help, the next-door neighbor (with her own code) can come in. No key. Easy-peasy.This is exactly what I wanted! The 20 codes are way more than we need, but a good feature nonetheless. It takes 4 AA batteries. Perfect. Easy to get, but there are usually at least 4 in the refrig. :). Plus, there's a backup key just in case. We're installing it over the weekend. Can't wait.
