Was hesitant to buy this at first because it being an “off” brand product but I am very content. The fingerprint works well as well as the key cards. Love the auto lock feature and was easy to install (less than 10 mins)

Wonderful lock! My car is keyless, so I wanted my house to be also. This lock was easy to install and works perfect! I have it set with a code and also my thumbprint. The thumb reader works perfect each and every time. I also had questions and their customer service was easy to reach and very helpful with my question.

This smart door lock is Veise's new upgraded KK Home series. The quality is very good, it matches my door very well and is very beautiful. I especially like the fact that it can be unlocked and closed by fingerprint, which is very convenient, which is not the case with all the smart locks I've bought before. Also can set many types of codes for my family or friends, also can share the lock permission in the app...

I've had this lock for several months. It worked as it should for the first couple months. Now it will not auto lock at the time I have set. I have to manually lock it which is so frustrating. I have tried to troubleshoot it, but I have yet to find a fix for it. I have calibrated the lock several times and still doesnt auto lock. Every once in a while randomly it will auto lock at the set time, but it doesn't do it everyday like it is set to do. I'm so unhappy with this lock.

Easy to install and start using. Comes with good instructions and videos to aid. Using this has been a breeze. Recommend to others too. With the price point and functionality this was the best automatic lock avaialble to purchase. Does the work as intended!!!

This product is awesome, but it is so new that the User Manual is wrong and needs edited. It is apparent that the manual was written for a pre-production door lock system with different firmware. For example, the User Manual instructs you to use left arrow keys and the 4 button on the door-mounted keypad and listen for beeps to store new fingerprint, but this is wrong, it does not work. After calling Customer Support, I got in touch with a fellow with UK accent who explained how to store a fingerprint using the KK Home App on my phone. The door lock actually speaks English to you rather than beeping. I program setup thru the phone app worked great. All is good now!! Thanks, my advice would be to update the manuals to reflect t the latest firmware and maybe post a how to video on YouTube. The general Bluetooth pairing and app install video you currently have posted is ok, but it does not drill down into each menu setup function.
