Was able to shorten plug wires to take out slack. A little tricky at first but smoothed out after 3rd wire.

This did a decent job on making a custom coil wire. It would have been nice to have the crimper in a case.

I made some replacement spark plug wires for my tractor and this kit made it a breeze. Crimpers work very good and the covers and connectors fit 7mm wire perfectly. Looks like OEM

The level to open the tool is so SMALL you need somethin to slide between the closed handles, I used a 6" long,1/4" extension to flip the lever that the picture depicts as MUCH bigger.I wouldn't have written this if I was able to return it but it seems I missed the return date by 15 days. Now I'm stuck with a tool that is a PITA to open. It does cut good but the wasted time opening the tool - YUCK!Would NOT recommend this tool for people with fingers. they won't be useful to open the tool.
