The brackets weren't as sturdy as I needed for my hand rail, so I went to return them (I ordered 3). I was informed the item was not eligible for return. Nowhere on my order did it say that when I ordered (I don't order anything I can't return). I reviewed my order again and it does not say it isn't eligible for return. I even put the item back in my cart and went through the check out process just to see if I missed it....nope! It is not there.
