The predrilled holes do not line up. They drilled them correct on one side, but on the other side they don't line up.

Okay, I allowed a few reviews lower my expectations for this item. With that said, I am really surprised at it's perfect fit (for my needs) and ease of assembly. Oh! The sturdy design is its best feature. It needs more color options.

I have a couple larger desks and the way they are setup in my office, I end up having this weird void in the corner because I have the desk to my right staggered back. This almost fills that gap completely and basically extends out my desk the extra foot or so that it needed. It isn't a perfect match to my Ikea desk surface, but pretty close. If you want, it also has the ability to be lowered down, but the latches seem to be pretty firm and need a good press to be released. overall, a really good find. The build quality is sturdy, they make the shelf a 2 piece setup and requires 2 metal plates to be screwed on to the underside (I assume this saves cost for shipping, etc) and I won't ding them for that. I did ding one star off because no instructions were included. not a big deal for me, but others might struggle. Pretty simple, the 8 screws go to the plates and the 6 screws go to the brackets.

Added a treadmill to my standing desk set up, and needed an extender tray for my keyboard and mouse. This product is perfect - sturdy, well built, excellent size. 100% recommend.

The desk extender does work, but be aware that the locking mechanism does add a lot of extra volume under the desk and it can be easy to cut yourself if you are still getting used to them.The extender also shifts a bit more than I'd like with light pressure.As a positive, the extender is long enough to fit a mechanical keyboard with some room for a mouse (not a huge amount of room, but enough for an office mousepad).

I came across this and thought it would be a perfect extension to my small table. I should have read the information a little better before ordering. It's a great concept, and it gives you a small extension, but it really only helps when you're on a larger table.So my initial plan was to extend the small table I use to hold my laptop next to the couch to have just a little more room. Unfortunately, the sizing didn't work for me -- The two mounted arms sit just a little too wide to connect to my existing table. So, I stepped back and adjusted the plan. Instead of using this on my small table, we use it with a 6 ft folding table now. This allows us to add a little bit of additional room for whatever we need (we use it to hold the cash box for our Cookie Booth). It works well, but it really isn't what I intended it for.My experience with it had some challenges - My initial order came with two 'left' sides vs a 'left' and a 'right'. This impacts the way the pre-set screw holes align -- as in, they don't. So I Had to reach out to support, and a replacement was issued. The replacement was correct, and it got me in business. But, as mentioned above, it wasn't going to work as I'd originally hoped.I gave it a fair shake, and we're still using it with the 6 ft table when we set up our booths (the season has ended now, so it'll be a few months before we use it again).Pros:- Solid design - When assembled, the shelf is a solid addition to whatever you attach it to.- Good concept - I love the idea; I would have liked it to work for my original intent.- Easy to fold - It requires both 'arms' to be enabled to fold, so it's a two-handed job, but it folds very well.- Wide enough to be used as intended - a keyboard tray - or as you desire (in my case, a cash box holder)Cons:- Mounts are a little wider than I wanted, but I understand it's for stability.- Didn't work for my originally intended use.- Original shipment came with two identical pieces vs two complimentary pieces.Knowing what I know about the width of the mounts, I don't see a reason I would purchase this again. However, One star off for the mount dimensions not being displayed anywhere and one star off for the two identical pieces (vs complimentary).
