These outlets work good. I haven't needed to test out the gfci yet, fortunately, but it's good to know it's there, especially in the bathroom.

Needed these to replace some standard outlets in our bathroom that weren't up to code by the sinks. Easy to install and seemed well made. Tested after wiring up and worked with no issues. Nice outlets!

I had a frustrating experience with the DEWENWILS 2 Pack 20 Amp GFCI Outlets. One of the outlets trips as soon as the circuit is energized, even without anything plugged into it. I (the electrician) double-checked the wiring and installation, and everything was done correctly, so it’s clearly a problem with the outlet itself. The other one seems to work fine, but it’s disappointing to have issues with brand new equipment, especially something as important as a GFCI. I expected better quality and reliability from a UL listed product.

These DEWENWILS outlets are as good as any I’ve used – better, even, if you consider that they’re slightly more compact. I took photos comparing the DEWENWILS to another outlet I had in my box, and while the dimensions are almost exactly the same, the DEWENWILS outlets take up slightly less space, which can help in tight receptacle boxes. The DEWENWILS also have slightly convex Test and Reset buttons, which I think look better, and they’re more of a pure white.

These appear to be well made GFIs. Easy to install, crisp reset and test functionality, fit all standard size boxes. Can’t complain yet. Will update if anything changes but if the price is right, I’d recommend these.

Solid ground fault receptacles at a great price. I needed a replacement for a bathroom outlet that tripped when I breathed. Problem solved. Of course, be sure you match your outlet to its corresponding breaker (these come in 15 or 20 amp models). A bonus with these is that they ship with faceplates.
