I installed several GFCI outlets of this brand and not had an issue until I plugged in a Dewalt table saw. The saw is the only device on this circuit and the outlet is the 1st outlet in the run from the circuit breaker. The saw will trip the fault circuit when I start the saw but not every time. The Dewalt saw is a 15amp tool so it at the max of what the outlet is rated for. i replaced the GFCI outlet with a top brand and have not had the outlet trip since. Well, I will be going back to top brand if I need to replace anymore.

You can buy 3 at the big box store, or for the same price you can buy 10 of These! These are great because they also include the faceplates, saving you additional money. The faceplates are nylon so that's a bonus.Comes in handy if you own an apartment building and are turning over a unit. Great to have on hand and they do last a very long time. There are indicator lights that show functionality so you know if it's tripped or not. And also if it has power to begin with.Can't beat it!

This less expensive gfci works well with regular plug box but not with the exterior verified weather proof box.Because this stumm box so shallow so this gfci plug barely fit into this box and only good with side screw installation.If this gfci can be thinner will be much better and will safe me a lot of time at installation.Looks like Only the leviton brand gfci with thinner body will fit this white box betterBut Leviton was so expensive.

Rather than buying big-name brand GFIs, we decided to try these. Build quality seems excellent, and the look of the outlet is great. These are so good, we bought more, and the whole house now has these outlets.
