I’m not sure what’s going on with these outlets but one plug will plug into it and the other plug won’t yet both plugs are made the same. They’re extremely hard to even get the plugs in. You just have to fight with them ifthey go in and sometimes you can’t get them in the tamper safety lock is very poorly made bewareHoping for a refund

These are actually very nice and well constructed GFCI outlet. This was the first time I've seen ones that install in this way, and it is SOOOO much easier than any other type I've used. No need to wrap the wires around the screws! It's similar to the horrible old push in (but nearly impossible to remove) 15A outlets, except these actually work well! You just loosen the screws, push the stripped wire into the hole (accepts 12ga wire!) and then tighten the screw. And there are two holes per screw, so no jumpers and wire nuts if you are chaining these. If you need to remove them, just loosen the screws and the wires pull right out. By far the best outlet design I've ever used! The back is VERY clearly marked as to which terminals are hot, neutral, and ground, as well as which terminals are unprotected incoming power vs GFCI protected outgoing power for downstream lights/outlets.Perfect for anywhere you need a wet environment outlet. Definitely recommend!

These outlets are solid. Out of the box, you can tell they are well constructed just by how they feel. I appreciate the immense amount of labeling that is done on the outlet itself. It makes it nearly impossible to wire wrongly. While I wired them more traditionally by wrapping the wire around the screw (just what I'm used to) they do give you the option to press the wire into the back and then tighten the screw. In all honestly, that would have been much easier. These outlets also come with a fantastic set of instructions if you are not experienced in electrical. Overall, I'm very happy with these GFCI outlets and hope they last a long time.

The product overall works well and installation is not too bad. That said, you do need to check the dimensions and confirm that you have the width available to fit this in. Plus, allow a few mm more. It comes with several rubber grommets so should be adaptable to most handle bar sizes. If there's any curvature to your bar, it may present a problem to install. I tried this as an option, and even sizing up the grommet, did not work out for me. The clamping screw can also be a bit of a challenge to access depending on the orientation it is being mounted it. Running the wire depends on the motorcycle, but length was adequate. You'll need to provide your own tie-wraps as the kit did not come with any. Connection to the batter was no issue, terminal ends fit as they should. As for function, the little covers are not really just a rotate up or rotate down as it appears in the pictures. You have to unseat the cover first, then rotate it out of the way. Same for closing, rotate down then click to seat closed. This can me a bit cumbersome with gloves. As for charging, no problem - works as it should.

Great deal! worth the price and very practical to work with. I've changed most of the wall outlets according to new electrical regulations in the county. Recommend it!

These ThunderWay self-testing tamper-Resistant GFCI Outlets arrived in a form-fitting box. Each outlet was housed in it's own box and came mounting accessories, plate, a GFCI sticker, and instructions. In addition to being functional, these outlets are attractive (for what they are) and well-constructed. These are easy to install and the fact that they include GFCI capability gives me peace of mind. The outlets work as expected and, for what they are, are a nice option. All in all, I'm happy with these outlets. Should my experience with them lose power in the future, the review will be updated.
