This makes saltwater pool testing very easy--don't have to get down on my hands and knees to reach pool water as tester is about 18 long

This is exactly what I needed to make sure the salt level is correct. I used the test strips before, but many times it was difficult to tell on the strip exactly what the level was; with this device I can determine the level easily.
