This item worked great for about 2 weeks and then stopped dispensing. Had to clear hole in bottom for it to work and then that stopped working. Very disappointed as the one I had before this was great.

I liked the whole concept of this product. However, after filling with honey, overnight it leaked from the portion that screws onto the bottom of the glass container. Tightened as much as I can, but still leaks.Any suggestions to prevent the leak?

I really liked that it was easy to use and it was non drip also easy to clean as well.

Easy to break down and clean. I did end up with water trapped in the top which I had to express by pumping the top several times before assembly. It's easy to fill and dispenses honey perfectly. It is also lightweight and balanced...doesn't seem to tip over easily. I will order another one for maple syrup.
