The 12 ounce capacity of this transparent honey glass jar is very suitable for my daily use. The jar mouth is designed to be wide, so it is very convenient for me to pour or take it out, and it is not easy to spill. It is very convenient for my children to scoop it out with a spoon and pour it on bread. In addition to the built-in honey spoon cover, two additional honey spoons are given. The spiral design prevents dripping, which is very convenient for taking honey and will not make it sticky everywhere.

I got this honey pot because we have lots of honey, but we don't use it as much because it's tucked away in jars in the cabinet. I thought this would make it more accessible to us as well as look nice. The honey pot is made of clear white glass with a wooden lid, dipper, and handle.The honey pot came with two extra honey dippers, but these do not replace the one inside nor can they be in the pot with the lid on as there's no hole for the handles to stick out. They're just extra utensils to use when needed.The lid on the pot has a rubber seal around it that fits snugly on the top of the pot to seal it from outside air. The honey dipper inside the pot is securely attached to the underside of the lid and cannot be removed from the lid...The lid is the handle for the honey dipper when retrieving any honey. The dipper works well, but it does take a little finesse to get it out of the pot and over bread or whatever without dribbling honey all over. A couple twirls of the dipper to let some drain back into the pot is necessary before removing it from over the pot. This would be an issue with any honey dipper though, so it's not specific to this particular item.Overall, I'm really pleased with the look and function of the honey pot, and we're finally using the accumulation of honey in our cabinets.

Oh, goodness - this is so cute AND functional! This little honey pot is well made and comes with a total of three dippers. The glass isn't terribly heavy, but it doesn't feel cheap, either. The wooden dippers are very nice. I wouldn't put any of the items in a dishwasher (especially the dippers). To be honest, though, nothing should have to be washed often. The dippers do a great job of holding onto the honey in the short time it takes to drizzle whatever you're eating. I was worried about making a huge mess, but no messes yet! The lid fits really well - almost too well. It's a bit hard to get off, but I'm not complaining. I did use some teak oil on the lid, just to give it some protection but also to enhance the look of the wood. I am really happy with this honey pot.

Great little honey pot. I really like the fact that it has a dipper stick attached to the lid. It makes the process of serving honey very easy. Putting the lid back on the pot keeps one from having to find a place to lay down the dipper stick keeping the whole process neat and clean. No sticky honey to deal with after serving! The lid fits on tightly so the honey stays fresh. It has a tight rubber seal. It also comes with two extra dip sticks which will be useful with other honey or syrup dispersers that don't have a built in dipper attached. This is a great little addition to my kitchen and will be used a lot.

this looks attractive on the table .. it is made of glass and actual wood, so good value at $9.99....the lid seals well, keeping honey fresh. and it holds quite a lot. ..has all 5 star reviews.I give 4 stars because the wood is so dry, making it rough to the touch. the first thing you need to do is oil the wood with a good food grade conditioner. ...several coats. I already had some, but buying this would add to the cost.. the honey dipper is permanently attached to the lid, not replaceable as I expected given the 2 extra honey dippers included. But probably not necessary to replace unless due to washing, not sure how washable the dipper is. but again, may not be necessary.I take issue with other reviewers who say the honey doesn't drip ... of course honey dippers drip! nothing against this product, they all drip.. if you want non-drip honey stick with a plastic squeeze bottles.

I bought this thinking it would just be a cute way to keep honey, more aesthetics than purpose. It actually turned out to be very functional and I wish I would have bought it sooner. My kids like to add honey to their yogurt and cereal and this means, despite using a squeeze bottle, it's sticky all over - hands, the counter, etc. The built-into-the-lid dipper has been a game changer. The grooves actually hold onto the honey until it's drizzled on breakfast, instead of leaving a trail of honey in its wake.The lid and seal are incredibly strong, so strong, you'll need two hands to open it - one to hold the glass securely and a second to pull the lid off. The glass seems to be on the thinner side but despite being accidentally hit by silverware and treated a little too roughly by kids, it's going strong.
