Using these to cut holes into plastic cases. Cuts are clean and even (round). Likely working as fine through soft metal sheets or wood panels.

Seems to be value for money, only light test so far, but for heaven’s sake if you go to the trouble of making something with a lovely cutting edge why not pack it so that the drills don’t spend the Amazon journey grinding on each other. Three loose in a bag no separate bags or even a bit of tape to guard the edges. Look at the dings in the photos. Will have to sharpen before using. A bit more care packing please!

I had a series of holes in a 0.25 inch thick wood that needed to be slightly larger, from 0.87 inches to 0.93 inches. This tapered reamer accomplished the modification perfectly and was easy to set up in the drill press. Compared to other reamers the inexpensive price is also a plus. I would recommend this tool.
