I’m working on embroidering a linen shift for an upcoming cosplay, and this frame is great for keeping the fabric taut while I work on individual sections. It’s relatively easy to move from area to area and provides consistent stability and tension for the design.I’m very new to embroidery and this frame has helped tremendously.

I am working on a needlepoint throw pillow sham and the 18m mono canvas fits perfectly in this frame. Its nice and sturdy with adjustable tightening. Easy to scroll and hold my canvas in place. Made of real wood!

This is a wonderful tambour needlework frame for embroidery projects. It is easy to assemble and provides secure, taut tensioning of different fabric types from thin silks to heavy linens. I have been using it to embroider a quilt top, and it provides greater stability and ease of use than my old giant quilting hoop. It is an essential needlework tool.

Really holds move and tightly. I’ve been having really uncomfortable hand cramps from trying to keep my punch needle projects taut on the loops and failing despite the discomfort. This makes everything so much easier. It really does hold things very tightly and helps make my projects much nicer.

I ordered this hand embroidery frame because I have a consigned project that calls for Crosses to be hand embroidered on linen. I'm practicing to get my stitching even and professional before I start on the real pieces. I have other frames, but they don't quite meet my needs for this project. This frame is different because it allows me to roll the fabric on the frame - that is making a big difference in what I'm doing. Assembly is required, but it's pretty simple, and the provided directions are helpful. The frame measures 18 inches long and 12 inches wide, which gives me more room to fit the 22 inch wide fabric I'm using. The hardware that comes with the frame is well machined, so all the parts fit together perfectly. The frame is made of wood which is smoothly sanded, and the clips that hold the fabric are plastic. I had this embroidery frame put together and the fabric loaded within a few minutes. I'm looking forward to finishing my project now.
