The futon was not extra filled and was no where near 4 inches. Hoping the company can help me solve this issue :( so disappointed

It is very thick and fluffy compared to other futons I have tried. It really is over 4 inches after expanding. The firmness is good as well. I’ve only had it for a week or so, but I’m loving it so far.
