We ordered the first chair from the seller which was not functional. Seller sent the new one without requesting return of the original chair. The quality of the chair is excellent and we love it. Everything works as expected such as massager, heater etc. We ordered this product particularly for the heating feature and it works great.

So far, so good! This chair came faster than I anticipated, which I loved because now I can use it in my office sooner! Assembly was straight forward and I love the heat option, as well as having the massage. It’s really nice to recline back on short breaks from work too! Really great value for the money and so far has been comfortable compared to my last chair! The color is awesome and I like the floral design on the cushion too. The size is great! Definitely worth it!

The gas lift adjusts smoothly and holds my 240lb frame securely. Assembly took 25 minutes with clear instructions. The headrest isn't adjustable though - deducting half a star for tall users.

As a programmer, I adjust them constantly throughout the day. The breathable foam actually keeps my elbows from getting sweaty during marathon coding sessions. Only wish the lumbar support was slightly more pronounced.

no more numb legs after 3-hour Zoom meetings. Wheels glide perfectly on my hardwood floors. The armrest padding could be thicker, but overall this is the best chair
