This is by far the best, sturdiest, and most solid of the "budget" pistol cases on Amazon.Very little flex to the body. Latches are secure but not 2 stage. Lock point reinforcement is nice, as is the folding handle.Foam is standard cheap pick and pluck open cell. Deforms easily under pressure, weight inside for extended periods caused sagging. At least you can get replacement foam.If you're looking for a good pistol case under $50, it's this one.

I like how sturdy the case feels. It's got a good weight to it, not too light and not too heavy. The fact it has two spots for locks on either side makes me feel better about traveling with it. In the event a latch gets opened and comes loose the lock positions would hold it closed. The foam inside is good and sturdy, keeping the gun and accessories tightly in place.This case passed traveling on American Airlines without any issues.

Bought this case more for transferring firearm in the car to and from the firing range. Also the ability to lock the case (2 lock points) satisfies California laws for transporting and storing safety. Size wise fits my needs for single firearm (Colt Revolver 7" barrel), with slight trimming would hold 2 with easy. Seems sturdy enough, for everyday use, not sure about air travel as baggage handlers are notorious for rough handling. Overall it fit my needs

There are few times I can say, "This is an amazing case", but this is one of those times. I needed something durable, protective and cost effective to store my GoPro gear. Simply put.. this is that case. I've had numerous people ask me about where I got it, how much I paid, etc etc. This case is sized perfectly to house my Hero8, dual charger, extra batteries, cables, extra mounts/clips, waterproof case... the list goes on. The peel and pluck foam is easily removed, so be mindful of your game plan in advance, but as with all peel and pluck, a little rubber cement solves the over zealous peeling.I couldn't be more happy with this very portable case for my Hero8 gear.

I'm pretty sure I could leave my truck parked on top of this case overnight and it wouldn't hurt it at all. Love the customization options with the pick foam. 4 layers of foam. 1 on top & bottom of the case about 1/2 thick. The top one is egg crate foam. Nice. The inner 2 layers are pick foam that's nearly 2 inches thick (each). I butchered my 1st attempt so I reassembled it and made it the bottom cushion layer. Took my time on the 2nd one to get it right. Came out perfect. It's a GREAT deal on a hard gun case at $40. It's equal in quality to the most expensive cases.

Flew with this case from Ohio to LAX. No issues what-so-ever checking my bags. Easily fit my Glock 36 and S&W 9mm, plus my belt holsters, and two mags each. The foam inserts are perforated, so you can design the case how you see fit. Case is pretty light, so won't add too much to your baggage, but it's also very sturdy. Has 2 padlock holes available.
