Just what I needed for my 50' radio mast project. I was considering drilling through the mast and just using eye bolts but that restricts the inside (and thus the capacity for me to run cables inside.) This popped up in my suggestions and couldn't be happier. Appears plenty sturdy - just adjust the brass bolts to pinch the outside of your mast to hold on tight, then run your guy wires through the eyelets. Probably a good idea to dimple the area where you want to install it to ensure it won't slip down on you though.Otherwise, this lets you run wires inside a hollow mast like I'm doing. Considering I'll be running at least three ethernet (PoE) cables inside a 1&1/4" mast this ensures I'm not restricting my capacity for cables. (I may run more later.)

This needs something to hold against the mast. The bolts dent the mast and it will slip down. I secured the height with pipe clamps. It would be better with a curved inset between the bolt and the mast. The Whole item is plenty heavy enough construction. A bit of modification and it would be perfect.

I'm an amateur radio operator and wanted a fixed guy point for a portable mast. This fit the bill perfectly. It was very easy to adjust for the diameter of the mast and once tightened was secure. The ring bolts made attacking the guys easy, they would work for direct tie of the ropes or use of a carabiner. While I used this on a mobile mast, they would work perfectly on a permanent mast install as well. I might pick a few more of these up for other antenna mast projects.
