  • ER70S-6 is made from a mild steel welding wire that contains higher levels of manganese and silicon than other standard grades of MIG wire to produce quality welds.

  • Copper-plated and layer wound. Especially well suited for sheet metal applications or structural plate steels that have moderate amounts of rust oil or mill scale on them.

  • Great for construction work, farm implement fabrication, shaft buildup, tanks, truck bodies and general shop applications with poor fit-up or rusty, oily plates.

Great price, wire works well. 50% of the spools we have ordered arrive broken, 20% are completely unusable due to shipping packaging or lack of care when packaged.

I haven't used it yet, but it arrived in perfect shape. Thank you to the manufacturer and Amazon for damage free package. The wire looks great. I'm sure it will perform good for what I needed for it.

I also Received wrong size welding wire supposed to be 035 received 030 for the second time after i returned my first order for the proper order. now i have two spools to return. will not order again.
