If you took the proven features and performance of the famous "KW" series antennas and added a unique tuning mechanism to the top, you would own the equivalent of a Firestik II, "FS" Series antenna. Aside from the ease of tuning, the patented design broadens the antennas bandwidth to keep SWR lower over more channels. The upper coil extension also increases the power handling capability of the antenna. If you want to see the Firestik II anatomy. All "FS" antennas are compatible with autos, trucks, vans, motorcycles and ATV's in a single antenna configuration when metallic ground plane is available. Or, they may be used in dual (co-phased) configuration on any vehicle made from any type of material. Like all CB antennas, the "FS" antennas should be fine-tuned (SWR) in their final mounting location. If you have ever tuned a non-tunable tip antenna, you will have a real appreciation for the "FS" antennas. To tune a "FS" antenna, you just pop-of the tip and turn the adjustment screw up or down as needed.

They are good quality as with any firestik product , but definitely disappointing that they do NOT have the stars on the blue as pictured and some of the review pictures showed, thus the reason for the low review

Disappointed not what photo showed . Was to have white stars on the blue part of the antenna mine has none .product misinformation.

Easy to install. Nice heavy duty antenna the length is perfect. The price is right for the durability of antenna. Need to tune once tuned I’m sure I’ll have great reception.

Works great and looks great. I get a lot of complements about the red, white and blue.After taking this antenna out on the trails on my Jeep, I would suggest taping the end cap on. I lost it on the first trip!

This thing screams America. Doesn't matter if you are rolling down the Highway, or back in the boonies. This bad boy lets everyone know that you are not some safe space needing hipster, but indeed a card carrying patriot! Now, regarding craftsmanship, you cannot get a better CB antenna. These things are built for the long haul, plus with the hand tunable tip, your going to be shooting skip all the way to Norway in only a matter of minutes.

This is the second one of these I've used on the Jeep and it works well and looks better. I like this model as it gets the top of the antenna above the Jeep roof line for better performance.

Cool looking whips that are built with the high quality expected from firestik. Haven't hooked up a cb yet so can't comment on reception. Antennas get lots of looks and definitely syandout

Received the item fast and it was packaged well. The Antenna really stands out and it looks great on my jeep. Item works great and have had no issues tuning it.
