I bought this so I could connect a 1lb tank to my portable gas grill which was outfitted for a 25lb tank. It works as expected and has saved me the hassle of carrying around a 25lb tank when I didn’t need one.

I bought this fitting to connect to the quick connect hose from my camper to my gas grill. It fits the grill fine but does not fit the hose. The threads are correct it's the small hex on the nipple inside that keeps it from sealing.
