I got this for my husband because he said he’d use it. He said the kit has everything you need and is best for soft metals. He also said the tool is well built, still functioning great after 5 months of use and the grip is strong. It’s super easy to use

I picked this kit up to use in restoring an old vehicle. So far I've used it with good success on brake and fuel lines.The tool is well-built and makes flaring easy to do. It also comes with a number of bits to accommodate a variety of tube sizes. I was surprised at how nicely the screw mechanism turned. Often times, tools in this price range have very gritty mechanics that almost seem like more work than their worth. However, this seemed better than average for fit and finish.Overall, I've been pleased with this kit and feel it was a good value.

... adapters and fittings that are not included in most parts store kits of this type, and even if using for only brake lines, there are quite a few different types of flares out there (European, Asian, and American makes often differ) and this kit includes adapters to accommodate most of those flares. It's a great tool. Heavy enough to get the job done. It's mostly used for softer metals if you needcto flair them to make a better connection. Comes with various sizes for different size pipes and is easy to use. Great product for It's purpose.

Picked up this set to install a couple of HVAC units on a new house build. This set seems to be of reasonable quality and should be more than up for this task. I'm sure they will be useful on many more projects.Decent quality and a decent value. Happy to give this a 5 out of 5 stars!

A beautiful, heavyweight, versatile flaring kit. Nice sturdy case. I have been using an off-the-shelf hardware store set for a number of years. This is a major step up. Nice machining and metal finishing. Five stars.

I really just grabbed this because I needed to replace my flare tool that "walked away". It looks like it will work just like my old one (which worked great). And I'll have to play around with the swaging kit as well because I have some copper that needs fit and braised.

I like the fact that this flaring and swaging tool kit contains all the common sizes of tubing used for flaring and swaging. I have used this kit on several flaring jobs and it worked great with ease. It is a great tool addition to my farm shop tool inventory. Am very glad I got this and do recommend it to all shop owners.
