Four stars just because I like the square clear lights better. Pure preference. But they do appear as advertised and do look nice floating around the pool. Seem to last all night after a full day sun. Not terribly bright, like not useful for lighting pathways, but the reflection in the gentle waves of the pool is captivating. Like the moon close up. EDIT: Five stars, because while the orb itself isn't that exciting to look at.. the reflection in the water is!

These 14" Flame Solar Floating Pool Lights are absolutely beautiful and create a stunning floating candle effect in my pool! The glow is warm and inviting, and they really add a magical touch to outdoor evenings.The solar charging works well, and the light stays on for a good amount of time once fully charged. The ball is sturdy, fully waterproof, and feels like it will hold up nicely through the summer.That said, I do think the price feels a little high for just one ball — it would be much more reasonable if the price covered two lights instead of one. Overall, I’m very happy with the look and quality, just wish it offered a bit more value for the cost.

I find this to be just a little pricey for what you get. Plus the photographic depiction seems manipulated to make the sphere’s appear brighter than they actually are in person. That said, everything else about this is as expected. They do have a flicker that you cannot see in the seller’s photos. The flicker effectively mimics candlelight. It charges nicely during the day (even cloudy days) and stays on most of the night, providing a nice decoration. My chief complaint, though, is that it isn’t quite bright enough. I have two others that are similar, but which are much brighter. I don’t have a good picture to show you because auto corrective settings on my phone interfere with capturing a natural image, and I never could figure out how to change it.
