This ramp has made such a difference for my 15 year old dog. She can no longer jump on or off the bed, and this gave her the freedom to come up and down safely. The slope is gentle enough for her tired legs, and the carpet gives her a good grip so she doesn’t slip. It’s sturdy and feels really solid when she’s using it. I also like that there’s a little landing space at the top so she doesn’t have to step directly onto the bed right away. It folds up easily when I need to move it, but most of the time we just leave it by the bed. I’m so glad I found this. It helps her feel independent again.

This ramp is very sturdy and easy to set up. It is great for dogs who have trouble going up or down stairs or can’t or shouldn’t jump anymore. As dogs age, it becomes dangerous for them to do so as they can hurt themselves. The rubber matting offers traction so that pets won’t slip, but it is still gentle on their paws. Compact and lightweight. Folds flat for storage so minimal space is needed. The slope is gradual and has a landing at the top, giving your pet an easier transition onto the bed or couch. Easier on the owner’s back too, especially if you have a larger dog.

Love this ramp! From the moment I opened it I knew it would work great for my 80lb pitbull. She doesn’t really need it now, but it would have been really nice to have it when she had to have knee surgery. The carpet on it seems pretty durable. It’s very sturdy and well built, except one little thing. The boards on one side were cut a little too wide. Fortunately we were able to sand it down and repaint it though. Overall, it’s really great quality and packaged really well!

Do not buy this. You will waste less money if you use $20 bills for toilet paper after eating 12 expired gas station bean burritos. The pieces are cut wrong on both ramps I got. Part A is 1/8th inch too thick so the metal brackets don't fit.I did the return process and got a second one and same thing so it is a manufacturing issue not just one defective part. My dog needed it so I persevered and found by bending out the bottom part of the bracket it will slide over. Or, at least you can wedge it on with a hammer and vice grips to help hold it in place as you fight the bolts through. Get 2 pairs of vice grips, you will need them.Make sure if you go ahead with this to put the bracket on part A first or you won't be able to bend it. Guess how I know this. Also check all 4 holes on part B because both of the ramps I got had a misdrilled hole that was crooked and had to be fixed. Also easier to do before it is mostly bolted together.Even with all this, it is still a pain to try and get together. I was dropping f bombs like raindrops in a hurricane while juggling vice grips, the pitiful wrench included and the shockingly nice stubby screwdriver also included. I'm tossing the wrench but keeping the screwdriver, its the nicest thing about the whole kit. This part is where you find there was supposed to be 8 nuts and they only included 4 in one box and 6 in the other.Your troubles aren't over yet, the real fun is just starting. The little slanted part also has some issues, namely lining up the holes between the angled wood pieces and the ramp parts. Make sure the inside bolts are lined up first because otherwise once you screw in the outside ones there is no way to line up the inside ones and you have to take it all apart and redo it. Five freaking times. This, by the way, is where you find out there was supposed to be 16 bolts and there was only 8 in the first box. I didn't bother counting how many in the second box. I just grabbed what I needed.Once you finally get this done, the horror hits as you realize this sucker is over 6 feet long. No problem, you think, I can just put it on the side of the bed. Yeahhhh, no. Because, that little slanted part needs to go on the bed itself.Yes, I'm serious. No, it isn't safe to use otherwise because when your dog tries to use it, the whole thing collapses to the floor and you end up with a traumatized dog and pissed off cats who thought this was their new scratching toy. The whole ordeal reminds me of that old SNL Christmas episode with the happity hoppity horse except he at least had booze. I had to assemble this monstrosity sober. That's my last piece of advice if you get this and try assembling it - don't do it without liquor or painkillers or weed. Or all 3 together. Better yet, skip buying this altogether and just buy the booze, weed, and pills. It is very overpriced.

We have a senior beagle recently diagnosed with cancer. She's starting to move a little slower and we found she struggled at times to utilize the stairs she had to get up and down from the bed. The ramp has been a huge help for her. She can easily get up and down and we don't have to worry about her stumbling up/down the stairs or jumping off the bed and hurting herself. We wish we had thought about this sooner because I know it would have made things much easier. It's very sturdy and can easily take the weight of a larger dog.

I have 4 dogs and 4 cats and all of them use steps. The older dogs are afraid of the steps so I purchased this ramp for them. My bed is high off the ground and this ramp works good for them. Has a landing at the top. Has non slip carpet. It's sturdy. Made of pine wood and steel hinges. Holds 150 lbs. I'm so pleased with my purchase.

So we bought this for our senior english setter. I was looking for something that wasnt too much of an angle for him to climb and would be sturdy enough to hold him. Today is day1. The wood on the pieces that went together didnt align to the metal bracket. My husband had to cut the bracket just to make it fit on the wood correctly and drill more holes. Once that was done, then we finish setting it up. We do have thicker carpet in our room so it does seem a little wobbly. we are probably going to have to some how make it more sturdy and somehow connect to the side of the bed. Overall, this one was similar to the price of the other ones. but I wish I would have gone with another brand. Wood seemed fine as far as sturdiness but it needed some DIY help.

Four screws could not be installed due to manufacturing errors. Two screw holes were drilled wrong, and two screw holes had nails crosswise through the middle of them blocking the screw! We are using the ramp anyway, and hopefully the other screws will hold it together. Other than that annoyance, the quality seems good.
