This bag is ideal for kids 12 and younger because there's no resistance. It's like hitting a balloon. I got it for my 13 year old daughter and it seems to hold up well for her. The material isn't as thick as I expected but it was easy to blow up with the electric pump (included). It does leak air over time so you need to refill occasionally but not a big deal. The gloves are nice and padded although not needed because the bag isn't hard.Biggest issue for me is that I want to keep it inside the house but you have to fill the bottom with water or sand.

terrible bag first time recieved .there is a whole in the bottom you inflate 1 your later almost empty.

Was skeptical at first, but this punching bag is a great deal! Easy to assemble, solid quality, and stays in place when filled. Perfect for home workouts or boxing practice—definitely worth it!

Surprisingly sturdy inflatable punching bag—holds up well to hard punches and kicks! Easy to fill with water (2/3 base keeps it stable) and includes patches for repairs. The handy air pump works fast (though nozzle fit isn't perfect). Only minor flaw: mine leans slightly, but no big deal. Great for training!

El costal se infla , pero el material no es muy duro , para recibir golpes fuertes se mueve mucho y llego roto
