great idea for training young fruit trees. Helps to redirect growth. We have new fruit trees and this is the first year we are starting to train branches.

We are finding these difficult to put into place. It seems they are intended for very young, very tender branches. The ones on our still small apple trees are apparently already too thick and not pliable enough for these benders. In order to not damage our trees, we didn't force them on, but will try again as new growth come out & see if that works better.
