Roasted to a light on a cast iron. Mistakes were made, it was my first time.Tasting notes: black currant, cashew, pistachio, orange zest.Ground to coarser than usual for espresso due to freshness of coffee. Setting 15 on cyetusBrewed on a full service espresso machine. Coarser grind hit high point on pressure gauge for ideal espresso pressureUnnecessary rambling:The espresso was super fruity and nutty! Exactly what I wanted and was looking for.Maybe it's the bean or beginners luck but given my lack of experience and equipment I would argue these beans are pretty forgiving. My Temps were all over the place, the roast took me almost 3 times as long as it should have but the espresso came out great!I'm new to roasting, not new to espresso and it was love at first pull. I'm never going back to buying pre-roasted coffee.Made 20 grams as a test, degassed overnight. I know I should have let it degas longer but I was too excited.Thick crema on top if that's what you're looking for.The bag came packaged with some padding but sadly tore a bit and spilled beans in the box. Luckily it spilled just the right amount for my first roast so it all worked out since I had expected horrible failure.

VERY LOW QUALITY I Ordered 3 variety's and the all were the same HORABLE ...ALSO the seller does not accept returns ..OTHERWISE ALL ORDERS WOULD BE RETURNED IMHO
