This mount slides onto your rail but does not use the rail slots for secure fitting to the accessory rail. The set screws in the bottom are prone to loosen and will scar your firearm frame as the screws press directly against the base of the rail. Movement of the mount on the firearm will exacerbate this. IMHO this is total junk.

It fit weird and the height over bore was very high, to high so I returned it
