I had seen a movie about “grounding” and researched mats. This mat is great. I can’t believe how I feel less sore after sleeping on it. Then I went away for a few days and REALLY realized how much it does work because I didn’t have it and was sore. It’s well made, comfortable and great price.

This did absolutely nothing it claims to do. It always bunches up under us and it really should have the option to unclip it on both sides to make it easier to change the sheets.

My husband and I are new to earthing and bought 2 full size mats as a beginning to place on our recliners. It is simple to hookup. We use it daily and we are hopeful we can tell a difference. The only health issue I have is joint pain and that appears to be lessening with less swelling of jointsin my hands. We have also purchased a bed mat for our bed. Looking forward to good things.

This is the first time for me to use grounding mat. I can talk about its material, it has great quality, very durable. Plus, its anti-slip PU leather surface feels really comfortable. And using it is simple, you just need to plug the grounding wire into the grounding port of a standard electrical outlet. Then, no matter which part of your body you place on it, it's effective. Even though you can't directly feel it, I've noticed I'm falling asleep more easily. Overall, I do feel it's somewhat effective. If you struggle with insomnia too, it's worth a try.

This is my first time using a bed grounding mat. I feel it's very comfortable, and it's made of soft anti-slip PU leather material. The most important thing is its grounding function. It can relieve pressure and fatigue, and improve sleep quality. I've had issues with poor sleep quality before, so I wanted to try the bed grounding mat, and now I feel my sleep quality has improved a lot. I'm very grateful to have it. Getting good sleep makes me feel more energetic. In short, it's easy to use and brings health to me. Highly recommend.

When I ordered the mat I was hoping it would help but doubtful. I'm now a firm believer!! My body pain has decreased drastically since I started using the grounding mat. I take hardly any meds for the pain. I highly recommend trying it.

The product comes with a pen that lights up when you touch the mat whether it’s plugged in but it lights up when it’s not plugged in as well. Not sure how to check if it’s actually working or if it’s effective with a sheet on top through my clothes?
