I gave this sheet a try but did not notice any change in my aches and pains after sleeping. The pad itself does have continuity to it with my multimeter. So, it is conducting the grounding charge.My largest drawback with it is that does not feel very comfortable for me. I would also be worried about keeping it clean with normal bed activities.

This is my first time using a grounding a mat. It seems to work. Both my wife and I feel much more relaxed while using it. I believe it is working as described.Comfort: It is not very comfortable. The mat feels like some sort of rubber and is thick enough that it is very obvious under the sheets. However, we placed it so it only comes up to our knees on the bed so it is not so bad. Still, not ideal.If you are looking for something that helps make you relaxed, this seems to do the job.

This is a high quality, well made mat. Although, I can't say I've used it yet, cause after doing some research, I learned that it's a lot more complicated than just putting down a mat and plugging it into the wall. And that explains why some ppl get enormous relief and some don't. Apparently, it can actually cause you more health problems if your home isn't grounded properly. And, according to my research, most older homes aren't. This can be resolved by ordering a grounding rod, which I did, and plugging it into the ground outside then running the cord in through your bedroom window. Then I learned it has to be pure copper, so I ordered another one, that was pure copper. Then I learn that all electric outlets within a 8 foot area of your bed need to be turned off (by your breaker box) or these currents can actually jump to you and use your body as a ground, because apparently electric currents take the shortest possible route. Unfortunately, I have a lot of electrical stuff I'm gonna have to move before I can do that. Which I learned can actually be the cause of a lot of my problems (sleeping close to all these electric currents). I do plan to update this review if I ever get the time to do all this.

I got this grounding mat to see if it can revive my fifty something body. Setting it up was pretty straight forward, the plug was a bit strangling where it only plugs into the ground part of the outlet and getting the straps around the mattress...well take your time, it kind of like making the bed. The size of the mat is fine with me and it was sufficient for my queen size mattress. I thought the leather surface would be too hot for me, but it was just fine. When I woke up in the morning and sprung out of bed, I was not thinking until much later, when I was like...WOW, I literally sprung out of bed huh? That was nice I can't wait to see what the second use would do. I have to be more aware to see what is really going on with this, I really like this mat.
