When we unpacked this item there was a warning against use by Diabetics or anyone with poor blood circulation. These restrictions were not included in the product description on the Amazon website. We returned the item without using it.

Easy to install on our super thick Queen mattress. Individual controls for each side are excellent, the heat settings go from 1-20 barely warm, to very warm- just what you want.Easy to use and control screen has gentle illumination when you touch a button so you can tweak the temperature without turning on a light. Highly recommended.

I love the duel controls, there is a huge difference of comfort on both sides of the bed, and we are both very happy with heat control.

I have slept on this most nights for 3 winters, and it is just now needing replaced. It still works, but not as effectively on my side of the bed as it was new. Thats some good quality, and a lot of usage. I have been toasty warm at night for about $40 a year, and I have saved more than that on my heating bill as I can comfortably kick the heat down a little bit at night knowing my bed will be very warm.It was an amazing product and I will be buying it again. The best thing about this product, I can set my desired Temperature and my partner can set their desired temperature. No fighting over the heat setting. On the highest setting it gets warm enough fir me to sweat, so it gets plenty warm, I keep it at about 10. (It goes to 20!)Another great thing is that this feels more effective than a heated blanket, because heat rises and with this being below me, the heat rises up past me and is trapped in my covers. With a heated blanket, the heat on the outside of the blanket just rises. Sure I can put it underneath of covers to trap this heat, but feeling my body pressed up against a wall of warmth is great. It's just not the same feeling with a heated blanket that is on top of you, and I think others will agree when they experience that for themselves.I have kept a water proof fitted sheet over top of it to protect it from any sweat, pet odors, etc. and because of this have had no need for it to be washed, (not sure if its washer safe or not anyways?) I just simply change my other sheets once a week, and it has seemed to be just fine.Great product, 100% from me. Sure after 3 years I'm replacing it, but nothing lasts forever. Higher quality than I anticipated.

I hesitated to spend this amount on a heated mattress pad but I’m glad I did. It’s easy to use, the heat is even and I don’t feel the heating elements at all. It’s so luxurious to feel warm in bed.

After having used this product for awhile I must change my review to 1 star. When I received the heated mattress pad it worked wonderfully. However that has changed. Initially the mattress pad put out plenty of heat and it was very comfortable at the lower settings. Now in order to achieve the same amount of warmth it has to be set at 17 or 18. Very disappointed.The first heated mattress pad I received was the wrong size and it took considerable time for Amazon to meet my expectations to receive the proper replacement. Poorly trained reps made the exchange extremely difficult with promises of coachings for the reps that didn't do the stand up thing and make it right........Now to the product. It has worked famously and my wife and I are very impressed with it. Ours has 20 heat settings and I was only expecting 10. The lower settings have kept us plenty warm and we keep our heat at night set at 65 degrees. Good product.

This is an awesome mattress cover. It warms up the bed beautifully and also provides a comfortable, quilted mattress cover. There are plenty of heat settings - I usually start out the night at a 4 and turn it down to 1 or 2. Some reviewers have made note of the hard plastic plug at the foot of the bed being a nuisance - that has not been my experience. It is on the upper surface of the bed, but it is centrally located on my queen-sized cover and is fairly close to the edge so that I don't seem to come into contact with it at all. I have had other mattress covers from different manufacturers and they tend to fail after about a year. Usually the controller fails to do its job. If this becomes a problem I will update my review. However, for now, I'm very pleased with this purchase.On a side note: I first ordered this cover from an Amazon 3rd party seller - I ordered a queen-size and received a king-size. Per the Amazon rep via telephone, there was no way to refund my costs or exchange the cover through the 3rd party seller. HOWEVER, the Amazon representative gave me an immediate refund for the incorrectly sent item, provided me with an emailed printable label for a free USPS return, and I received my correctly sized cover in 2 days. Awesome service Amazon!

I did much research on many of the different heated mattress pads and am very pleased with this model. A few "bonus" options on this model that are not noted in the product details:1. Time SetYou can set the time on the controllers (see why you'd want to do this in #2)2. Set time for Pre-HeatBy setting the time (see #1) you can also set a time for the mattress pad to start the pre-heat function. This is a fabulous option if you go to bed at a similar time each night (like I do). The bed is nice and toasty when I am ready to go to bed and I don't have to remember to turn it on.3. Auto-off choice of hoursThe controller has a choice for the number of hours you want the unit to stay on before turning off. The choices are 2 hours, 6 hours or 10 hours. The unit comes pre-set at 10 hours. For myself the 2 hours is perfect.I am extremely pleased with this purchase. No more cold feet or legs when I get into bed anymore! As others have stated this unit can get very hot - i usually have mine set at 3 or lower. Well worth the money. You won't regret this.
