Perfect Weight, perfect fit, and perfect price. I have already tried it on sausage, bacon, ham, pork chops, and steak. Allows the proper weight to cook the item evenly and thoroughly.

I purchased this burger press just over a year ago to use on my griddle, and honestly, this has upped my smashburger game tenfold. I've put this thing through some abuse over the last year and its held up incredibly well. The cast iron is heavy enough to push down the burgers with a little bit of pressure. It's not the most conducive form factor for burgers, but it gets the job done. Burger meat tends to stick to it, but with a little oil (or any kind of fat, really), it's no problem. I've used this for more than just bacon and burgers, too. Basically anything that you want to hold flat on the griddle, this will do the job.I highly recommend this press if you're someone that cooks on a flat top often.

Cooking bacon used to be a pain where I’d have to hold down bits of it that didn’t get cooked when the bacon rose up in places while frying. Now everything is firm and delicious. I can easily move this around to keep my bacon completely flat. It’s a little tricky to clean because of all the tiny bumps but I use a scrubbing pad and it works.

I've always wanted to have a Griddle Flat for so many years so my burgers and steaks can cook evenly and not bulge plus it is so tiring having to use to spatulas to keep the burgers and steaks even. Also to add it's very sturdy and cleanup is less of a hassle from grease splatters all over the range.

This press has been a game-changer for cooking perfect, crispy bacon. You will have to cut your bacon in half, as the circumference is too small to fit the full length of a slice of bacon. I just cut the whole package, all at once. Start by preheating your pan with the press already in it. Once it’s up to temperature, lift the press, add the bacon and reapply the press. This press is easy to clean using water and a steel scouring pad. The leftover bacon grease is ample to store the press without rusting. Of note, I also bought a rectangular press that would take a full slice of bacon. Of the two presses, I find that I like this circular one better.

Heavy cast iron, and already pre-seasoned. Perfect for making smash burgers, and well worth the very reasonable cost

This press works great. I like the weight, the design and the easy clean-up, just wish it was a bit longer to cover bacon end to end. Or maybe not advertise it as a bacon press.
