I got this heart-shaped cake pan for a fun baking activity with the kids, and it turned out to be a great purchase! The kids absolutely love the shape, and it made decorating cakes a blast. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. The pan is sturdy, nonstick, and the cake cooked evenly without any burnt edges. I cooked it at a lower temperature for a little longer, and it turned out perfect.It’s really easy to clean too, which is always a plus when you’ve got little helpers in the kitchen. If you’re looking to make fun, creative cakes with your kids, I highly recommend this pan!

This was a bit of a bummer. I think the shape makes the cake bake uneven. So it could perhaps not do with the pan and just the shape. When I went to take my cake out, it looked so beautiful in the pan. But as soon as stuck a fork in the middle, the entire middle caved in and the fork came out completely covered in batter. When I checked the edges they were maybe over cooked and starting to dry out. I was so excited one moment and so sad the next.

I enjoy expressing my love to my husband in creative ways. And I love to surprise him! And everyone loves something sweet to eat! So I was excited to get this darling heart-shaped pan to make a cake that nobody could deny was made with love! The pan is made from food-grade aluminum and although it is lightweight, it feels like it is made with quality and is quite sturdy. It has a smooth, non-stick surface all over. It is about 8” x 8” and 2” deep, so it makes a decent-sized cake that’s perfect for decorating. The heart shape is a nice roundish heart, vs. a long pointy one. I oiled it well, and the cake I made in it slid out perfectly, with very little sticking. The pan was also easy to clean. I think my next project will be a heart-shaped chocolate chip cookie. I could also bake a heart-shaped quiche or a loaf of bread with this pan. I’m very pleased with the size, shape, and performance of this pan. I recommend it!

The pan is extremely light. For the price and size, I would expect better. It isn’t flimsy, but the bottom isn’t thick at all to prevent early browning on the bottom of the cake.

I used this 8-inch heart-shaped cake mold at home to make a birthday cake for my child. Made of aluminum, it provides even heat distribution, ensuring the cake bakes evenly with ideal results. This is a basic aluminum cake baking pan, with a heart shape. I ordered this to make a small cake for my parents anniversary. The pan is not large, so it's only suitable for small layers. You could use it for a small layered cake, or even consider using it for a top tier heart-shaped cake layered on other larger tier cakes. Since it's an aluminum pan, it will not be non-stick. You'll need to make sure to prep the pan appropriately with flour and grease.
