This is great to warm up the bed in advance. No more crawling into cold sheets. The separate temp controls let you decide how warm each side should be.

After using this mattress warmer for less than a month on my son's bed, half of it stopped working. I received it in October, but it wasn't cold enough to use until 2 weeks ago. The return window is 30 days. I should have read more carefully, as I wouldn't have purchased their product. I do have another that was purchased 2+ years ago. It works, but has never worked correctly. Even when shut off the numbers blink instead of just shutting off as it should. I'll be glad when it fails completely so that I can purchase a better quality warmer.

As soon as I opened, found the burnt marks.. I'm very worried if I ever use this or not. When I plug in with 5, I does heat it up pretty quick.I probably return for exchange because burnt marks are making nervous for fire hazard....

This mattress topper has been heating my bed every night for 15 months straight.I would definitely recommend it but I do have some complaints which is why I gave it 3 stars.1. The 1 setting is hot and the 4 setting is almost unbearably hot. I have used the max 10 (H) setting only once to try and it was LAVA.2. When the power goes out the unit resets to the default settings of Temp 4 Time 8hr. As mentioned above, this temp is too high for me to use on a normal non-freezing night. Resetting my settings to be a temp of 1 and time 8hr is extremely annoying as I live in a location with frequent power disturbances.3. The location of the plug is on top of the pad... and not far enough into a corner to be unnoticed. Instead, it is violently in the way when at foot level and annoyingly in the way at head (arm below pillow) level. Quite an unfortunate design flaw...

It’s funny how the little things REALLY matter when we’re talking about sleep.This heated mattress pad does all it claims to but with enough annoyances that I needed to share.The positioning of the plug on the blanket is much to far from the edge of the mattress. As a person who sleeps on my stomach, it’s exactly where I stick my hand under the pillow and that means I have to choose a new sleeping position. Not relevant is you don’t also sleep like this.Much more frustrating is that it’s never really off. I mean, the heat is off, but if you leave it plugged in but don’t use it, then every 24 hours or so it’ll start flashing for your attention like it’s saying “hey, I’m off, did you know that”. So I either have to keep it unplugged or hit the button twice every night I don’t use it to make the flashing lights stop.Lastly, level 1 on this is much warmer than level 1 on my other heated blankets. With other brands I find 1 to be a nice “slight warmth” and usually sleep on level 3-4. With this blanket I rarely keep it on all night as I’m getting too hot on level 1 and I’m notoriously always cold. I’ve never turned it up hotter.It works. It’s warm. It’s soft. But it’s also annoying.
