Chain is 4ft long very heavy, very nice chain, lock is okay, but not what I would use on a hi end ebike. The chain is worth the price of admission! Chain is 12mm thick (almost 1/2"). It is covered by a heavy nylon sleeve. Chain is very heavy not what I would use on a normal bike. The bag it ships in fairly worthless. A small heavy canvas bag would be a great addition.

I would like to report the malfunction of the padlock and key combination I bought from your company. I am so disappointed with your product. First, it stopped working altogether. And it wasn’t just the lock malfunctioning, but also the key. This made my situation much worse because it meant my bike was stuck. I was unable to access the lock that I need to open my bike and leave the area.I had to ask for help from one of your hotel representatives, and they were able to assist me. However, that doesn't make up for the fact that I had to ask for help in the first place. Your product didn't function as advertised.This is not the first time I've had this problem with your products. I previously bought one from your store, and the key didn't work for that lock either. I'm shocked at the quality of your products. I'm looking for a refund.

I used this lock to immobilize my moving gate. Ever since installing it, the burglars never returned. I have them on video. They looked and left.The chain is very nice. The lock looks like any other U-lock. I don’t know how robust it is, but I keep it away from being easy to hammer upon.

Chain is super heavy which is awesome the cover around the chain works really good from protecting paint chips on your rims. But the horse shoe lock seems very light and cheap. I could be wrong. But if I was trying to steal something this was locked up to,I would Target the locking mechanism it feels like plastic.

This chain is Huge, heavy and built to last! BUT the lock is a POS ! The lock is made out of plastic and pot metal! I couldOpen it with a hammer in a flash, I wouldn't put it on my kids' toy box! First thing I'm doing is replacing the lock with a good Kryptonite heavy-duty lock!

I tried this lock for my scooter since i leave it outside a lot, but it’s not functional at all. Its wayy to heavy and bulky
