The moment you open the box, you realize you've been fooled. Fooled by a great TV ad. This is Chinese garbage in it's most obvious, most unapologetic form. I didn't even *try* to clean my grill with this lump of cheap plastic tat. You know that as soon as you get it dirty, they won't refund you. But I am telling you there is *no way* this ridiculous contraption would clean a dinner plate, let alone my grill. I must stop letting my guard down and getting fooled by the media!

I couldn’t be happier with the Horsepower electronic grill brush! This tool has completely changed the way I clean my grill. The motor is strong and does most of the work for me—just press the button and guide it along the grates. It removes burnt-on residue effortlessly, and the bristles are tough but safe for my stainless steel grill. The design is ergonomic and easy to handle, even after long BBQ sessions. Plus, there is flash which is super useful design that you don’t have to worry about night cleaning after a party that is super exciting. If you grill often and hate scrubbing, this is a must-have. Highly recommend!

As an individual who has grilled all types of food for over 50 years I was intrigued when I saw the Giddy Up. Anything that can make clean up faster catches my attention. I’ve used Giddy Up three times and this is my candid assessment.If you are one who always brushes down your grill following grilling, Giddy Up is a reasonable alternativeto a manual wire brush. If you tend to not clean your grill for days following grilling, Giddy Up is not a good device.Battery life seems to be good, but the device is underpowered. Even on a fairly clean grate, Giddy Up would bind up while going up and down the grate lengthwise. I discovered operating Giddy Up perpendicular to the grate improved cleaning greatly, and even with reasonable pressure, the motor continued to turn without binding.I will keep this product because since I keep my grill clean, begin under powered is not that big a deal and I don’t have to worry about wire from my brush sticking on the grat3 and transferring to the food.This product is unfortunately over priced and under powered for most weekend grillers.

1) Charger not included, and that is ok. But no modern smart charger or battery pack I have worked! Had to dig up an old dumb cube to charge it. That means the USB-C port doesn't have the proper ship to communicate its charging needs at all, expecting a dumb cube to pass power through without checking if it would damage the device.2) While charging, blinking lights were stuck at the same 25% level for hours. Then I disconnected, turned it on, and saw that it was fully charged.3) But! I ran it ~60s, it went from 100% to 25%. Not enough time to clean any grill.4) There is no way this is spinning 350 RPM, i.e. ~6 per second.5) Tried for 10s on a small section of my grill, couldn't clean anything. It couldn't even take away a few burnt crumbs that were on my stainless still grates after I had already cleaned them last tim. In their video where it leaves a shiny grill behind as you go must have been either edited or the grill must have been just dusted with some black dust.6) If you apply pressure, then it slows down to a point it cannot physically clean. If you hold it loose, then the chain acts like a wheel, the whole thing just travels along the grate, therefore no rubbing action. You need to hold it down with just enough pressure to have it scrub the grate without slowing down and without travelling along.I was hopeful, but man, such a #fail... :(

It took quite a while to receive my product, but that is not the seller's fault. The item was brand new, and it does exactly what it claims to do. I was impressed at how quickly my grill was cleaned. My grill looked brand new after I used this amazing product.

WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT! I love to grill but hate to clean the grill. Well this has just upped my game on grilling! I used it tonight on a pretty dirty grill and it easily removed the built up grime and soot. It moved easily over the grates and burners. The light was very helpful. So if your a griller - this product is a must have!

I usually do not write reviews unless a product is bad or really good.This product is a GREAT idea, I used it on my oven racks, did great!!! Have not hada chance to use it on my grill yet, Im sure it will do great. Better than a grill brush.Worth the price.
