Once installed it works well, initially a bit of a problem aligning it with an existing switch. Not a big issue, some patience installing it and it works.

It only works for a smaller switch than what my original was so had to change out the switch also.

Fits well on the junction box, comes with a switch, a gasket and mounting hardware. The inside slider activating the switch required minor bending to come in contact with the switch.
