The Good:-Solid construction-Great value-Quality gripping surface-Useful tools-Includes brake gap toolsThe OK:-NothingThe Bad:-NothingIf you’re looking for a quality set of bicycle brake tools this guy offers a lot of what you’d want. Brake spacers are very useful if you have non-hydraulic disc brakes, can reduce or eliminate brake drag while increasing stopping power. Truing fork and pad spreader can be useful if you need them and both tools are built solid with quality grips. There’s basically nothing you would get different from this set going with a more well known brand. Overall, it’s excellent if they’re the tools you need and the price is right.

The piston pusher tool was made of a very poor quality casting.The front edge was at an angle and wavy, obviously a casting fault.I decided to keep it so ground the front edge straight, which made the tool a little shorter but ok. I also added some heat shrink around the tool to make the tool softer on the brake pads, if you are pushing on the pads.The disk straightening tool was of good quality and wasn’t cast metal.I don’t see the point of the disk gap regulators as loosening the calliper and applying the brake will centralise it but hey ho.
