I used this ice cream maker on my 4.5qt Kitchen Aid Bowl-Lift stand mixer. Works very well churning the ice cream mixture into a nice smooth consistency. Easy to clean by rinsing off with hot water.

Works well. I have made a lot of ice cream of all flavors and they all turn out. It takes 25 minutes of turning and your done. Just keep all the parts in the freezer until you are ready to make ice cream.

Works as expected. It takes up a good amount of freezer space so plan accordingly. I had to read the directions for the assembly, it makes sense if you read how to attach the head.

Bought this unit to make ice cream for my granddaughter for when they come over to the house. Place the unit in the freezer and when they came over we placed the ingredients in and made our first batch of ice cream. They were delighted at the results and now they can't wait till we make our next batch of ice cream.

For the price of being able to make homemade ice cream it’s nice to have. Takes up a bit of room in the deep freezer but it works well. I like that it lets you know when it’s ready as the coupling for the attachment and mixer head are spring loaded so that it doesn’t ever get in a bind and break. I wouldn’t put any big chunks of candy in it as they may get wedged and cause the blade to not mix due to high pressure on the spring ( won’t damage it but won’t mix well)

Ich habe die Eismaschine verschenkt. Der Beschenkte hat sie ausprobiert und das Eis war nach seinen Angaben lecker. Tut also was es soll und funktioniert wie beschrieben.

Unit had no instructions - had to go to the internet to figure it out.I followed the directions for the recipe and methods exactly. In the fridge for 2 days, made mix and that went in the fridge overnight.The thing is rinky dink - attachment for the mixer is plastic, and doesn't really "attach" to the paddle itself - plastic "gears" fit together, but its like a rickety scaffold - terrifying to watch as it looks like it will spin off center and wing across the room.Ran it on 80% speed as it sloshed over the rim when I went on high, but after 15 minutes there was NO CHANGE in the consistency of the mix, so I poured half out and tried again on high.ABSOLUTELY no change - it never "churned" into anything spoonable, and the mix is just as runny as when I put it in.WASTE OF TIME, money for the device, and at least $10 of ingredients - that's my fault... I shouldn't have trusted it and should have only made vanilla instead of starting with expensive chocolate peanut butter crunch.USELESS - and I'm so glad I didn't promise my family a frozen treat - it was just a disaster.

worked great 4 times in about a month. cracked from the freeze/thaw cycle.update: i wasn’t asked to change my review but the company reached out and offered a full refund well after my original review. ive since purchased a different ice cream maker to replace this one but would buy this one again just based on the company’s loyalty to the product. they should put in the product description to allow the bowl to fully thaw before putting back in the freezer to prevent cracking

I purchased an ice cream maker that ended up being faulty but after my message to them explaining what the problem was within 2 days a new one was on my doorstep. This is service that is unheard of these days so i am giving this product and this seller the 1000% approval that they back their products and stand by their warranties. I will buy any thing i need from them in future without hesitation! Thank you for a fantastic service and product. I bought this for my partner to complement her growing collection of KitchenAid attachments, and at first, I was a bit sceptical about choosing this over the actual KitchenAid-branded one – but I was completely wrong. This works brilliantly and makes some fantastic-tasting ice creams and sorbets. The only thing we've noticed is that everything needs to be cold for it to work properly (but that might be due to the hot Queensland climate). Apart from that, it's a great piece of kit and well worth the purchase.
