I like the design as far as how it is mounted and assembled. It is adjustable but looks very sleek. It was a good purchase and happy with the product I would buy again if I am doing another stair rail.

Good quality. Although the screw that attaches the railing is flat tip metal screw. product is advertised that it works for wood railing. I had to purchase a pan head wood screw to attach.

The product feels sturdy and the finish is good. It installed easily (good instructions, including pre-drill bit, etc). I'm very happy with the quality and the looks.

The finish and style work nicely for a recently installed railing. One signifant annoyance is that the bolts aren’t included. So if you hire a handyman as we did to hang the rail, you’ll be wasting both of your time unless you’re prepared ahead by having the proper hardware on hand. For such a nice product, it’s disappointing the seller omits the necessary parts for installation. To me it’s like buying an ice cream cone without the cone.

When I first received my brackets, I was extremely disappointed with the quality and finish of the product and left a review stating so. Inline Design followed up with me and offered to remedy the situation. They had inadvertently sent a subpar shipment and provided a new replacement set that was finished much better. I've updated my review to reflect the new set that they supplied.I liked the design of these to go with my Emtek round rosette door hardware — the design is nice, not to mention very solid feeling. The brackets are on the smaller size which I like, as it is much better for minimizing the visual impact of the railing. The quality and finish was the main shortcoming in the first set. There were some obvious brush marks where the vertical bar was welded to the main horizontal cylinder, which didn't match the brush on the rest of the body. If I liked used or industrial looking items, I would've been happy, but had expectations it was refined and a well finished product. The second set was much cleaner and good brushed seems. Overall a much nicer product. I would say that they still have the characteristic of being handmade/finished and don't feel like a generic mechanically produced, which is what I think I originally expected. However, I have grown to appreciate them much more and think they look great on my railing.I really appreciated Inline Designs efforts to address any concern and make sure that I was happy.
