Advertised as ready to use but doesn’t even come with the extender piece you need. Also doesn’t let you know that you’re going to need to buy an extender piece.

This is missing the connector half of the headset which should include the volume controls/mute, etc. There is nothing in the description that indicates it requires an additional purchase. In fact, the description said it is ready to use from the box, which is not a correct description of the product. Very deceptive.

I didn’t know that you have to buy the connector separately. It’s refurbished but more expensive than 1st quality from staples which came with the connector. Return is not amazon usual policy as it cannot be returned to amazon facility. Hugely disappointing

Regardless of headset type they all have their issue. So far I've bought the USB version which has been great. Trying this new type because of using a hard phone since work requires it. So far so good. Sounds better than the open ear ones

I was sent this headset and the end piece is plastic. It can’t be plugged into anything. I am returning product.
