I see the other lens shades that have the cutouts but can't help but wonder why since being outside in the sun obscures the view & creates streaks & problems. So that's why I chose this one - no places for the sun to get into the lens. Thanks for offering this item.

Fits easily and well. Matches my 4-150mm lens perfectly, Reverses to store on the camera compactly and securely. Great price for this simple part compared to the OEM version.

This item is made somewhat loosely and don't fit easily on 40-150 as it should.

It works well, especially for the price. It doesn't fit as well or "click" into place like the manufacturer hoods, but it is snug and secure.
