So far lock works great. Easy to install and program. I was able to use eneloop rechargeable NIMH batteries.I hate to throw away spent batteries. Does anyone know the function of the usb c port on the bottom of the lock?

This would get 5-stars, but no one seems to be able to make a spare key for it. I emailed the supplier, but never got a response.

Lock did not work once installed, contacted manufacturer and they said they were sending a different one to replace it and that had been over 2 weeks ago, when contacted asking about it all they say is “it’s on its way”🤷🏻♀️😞

Bought this for my son. Easy to install and program. The battery light is great. Also it has a C port underneath just in case the battery dies and you're locked out. It is pretty high quality for the price. I highly recommend .

This went on easily and required no modifications from where the old deadbolt was. It came with all the required hardware included and only a screwdriver was needed to install it. It was easy to set up codes with the clear instructions. The only issue was that the included keys (2) could not be copied because they are a small, odd size and no hardware stores have the blanks for them. I guess since it has codes you should not need keys, but I like to let family have them just in case. The lock announces "locked" and "unlocked" and the battery meter lights up to show charge. I would buy again.
