NO SLOP! This thing is rock solid. I love that the handles are reversible, so I don’t have to play guessing games when ordering—every one in my home now has the same orientation. Assembly is smooth, operation is flawless, and there’s zero wiggle or give. The engineering here is night and day compared to a competing brand (looking at you, Schlage). I originally bought just one to replace a Schlage that didn’t even make it a year, and I was so impressed with the fit, finish, and function that I ended up swapping out knobs throughout the entire house. Never thought I’d be this excited over a doorknob—but here we are.

The door handle arrived quickly. It was packaged in a Kwikset brown box with the parts placed in a plastic divider within the box. There was nothing to secure the parts in the plastic divider, so a couple of parts had become loose and were moving around within the box. That being said, it appears that there are no missing parts. Note that there are no instructions/parts list packed with the handle. You have to scan a QR code on the box to access generic installation instructions that apply to a variety of door handle types (e.g. Passage (Hall/Closest), Privacy (Bed/Bath), Entry (Keyed) and Dummy). Instructions are straightforward and if you've installed/replaced a door handle before, there should be no problems. The door handle appears well-made. It has a nice weight to it (not flimsy) and the satin nickel finish looks great. It's pretty much as expected except for the lack of specific directions/parts list being included in the box. I will order these in different finishes for use throughout my house.

I didn't want to buy this brand because I had bad experiences in the 1990s. But, the look, the price, and the ability to rekey myself made me give it a shot. It's been a couple of months and it's been good. Comes with all the bits to make it work in various situations. I've been changing my own locks/ door handles for 30 years, so I can't say if it's super easy, but it's not hard. I used 4 of them, on a new place, and re keyed all of them so that all 4 doors used the same key. ( then saved the other 3 keys incase I need to re key.) They look sharp and my kids haven't broken them yet. What else can I say?

Install was easy on this, and I like that I could key it our existing keys and not have to have another key to keep track of. Looks good and works well.

The Sedona set is high quality. Looks are plain but elegant. I really like the solid feel. Frustration free packaging. Easy install. I really like the ability to re-key. Instructions to rekey are easy to follow. I bought the keyed, the privacy, and the regular passage set. All are great. I did return a set in the "like new" section that was missing parts I needed--for that reason, buy new.
