I am puzzled that the operation of them is reversed from the others in the home. The first position of the switch is the HIGHEST speed and it goes down from there. All my other ones start out SLOW and the last position is the FASTEST speed. Not a concern but it seems odd to me. Good value by a well known mfgr. but the operation is ODD at least for me.
