Gears and plastics shroud does not withstand expected use of fishing. Gear tooth broke along with plastic set that the gear is secured in...I normally am a huge fan of Lewis and have several bait and spincasts. I wouldn't give it even a 1..

This reel feels very well made. It is the smoothest reel I've owned & I've caught fish large enough to pull out the drag with no issues. Size and balance is excellent for the fishing rod I put it on. Excellent overall reel at a very reasonable price.
